ACTOR
Bailey discovered her love for performance at a very young age through productions in her home town of Highlands, North Carolina. She was able to explore her true passion for the arts and further develop her skill-set in musical theatre and circus arts at both the high school and professional level. Bailey went on to receive her BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory. After graduating, she made the long trek from Southern Appalachia to Brooklyn, NY where she now resides. She continues to perform and write music whenever she can in the big city.
WRITER
While studying at Shenandoah, Bailey found a passion for writing and developing new works. Within the classroom, she furthered her growth as a writer, composer and lyricist through composition coachings with Broadway Music Director/Arranger Patrick Brady (The Producers, Young Frankenstein) and songwriting courses with Mark Meadows (Outsiders). Bailey has written, performed, and music directed several live productions in Winchester. She also has explored music in film -- scoring multiple short films and working as music supervisor for a full-length feature (Cupid for Christmas). Through creating and developing new works, Bailey has discovered true meaning in her career as a theatre artist, musician, and storyteller. Honored by the opportunity to express new ideas and give voice to hidden perspectives on stage, Bailey strives to represent those untold stories in a fresh, new light.
